Committee Development Process

  1. Establish a leader ·
  2. Sign up on a sheet we will provide with name, phone number, address and email ·
  3. Decide how the group wants to communicate or meet to handle business ·
    • Set goals:
    • Brainstorm ideas
    • Prioritize ideas
    • Establish the estimated costs for each idea that they want to do and provide to the Grant Committee each year before March 1st
    • Establish goals for achieving the selected ideas/projects
    • Establish timelines for the projects
    • Provide monthly reports of progress to RWNA
  4. Have fun and make our community better and safer ·
  5. Give reports at General Meetings.
